Common questions

How long is the group programme?

The programme runs over six facilitated sessions of 90 minutes each, for groups of 6–12 participants.

Can group programmes run online?

Yes. Programmes may be delivered in person or online, depending on the programme, participant location, group requirements and professional suitability.

Is a group programme the same as couples counselling?

No. Group programmes focus on relationship education and skills development. They are not a substitute for individual, couple or family counselling where individualised support is needed, and counselling may be recommended where appropriate.
